Reporting Your Accident to Your Insurance Company
Although Heinz Auto Body in Hanover is certified by many insurance companies, we are the ones who guarantee our own work. You have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the facility of your choice without the need for multiple estimates.
If you have been involved in a car accident and your vehicle needs to be repaired:
- Call your insurance company to report the accident/incident and submit your police report and any 3rd party information as soon as possible
- We will submit an estimate of the damages and pictures of affected areas to your insurance
- Once your claim is authorized, we will order your parts and schedule the repair
- We will keep your insurance apprised of the repair progress and get you back on the road ASAP
