- Call the police at 911, report any injuries
- Do not move vehicles until police arrive
- Set warning signals to prevent further accidents
- Take information of other vehicle(s) and owners
- Year, make, model, license number
- Driver’s name and contact number(s)
- Driver’s insurance name and policy number
- Take names and contact numbers of witnesses
- Photograph or sketch location of all vehicles involved
- Never discuss fault or responsibility with other drivers
- Don’t drive your vehicle if it is leaking fluids or it seems unsafe to drive
